These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Daily Strategist (the "Service"), a digital web application operated by Literary Genius Academy ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The Daily Strategist is a digital web application that delivers a collection of 366 original daily principles on power, influence, and self-mastery, each with a written reflection. Access is delivered as a digital good — there is no physical product and no shipment.

2. License

When you purchase the Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You receive one license key per purchase, which may be activated on a limited number of devices.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the content or your license key.
• You may not copy, scrape, or republish the principles as your own.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the license or access controls.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — the principles, written interpretations, reflections, design, branding, and code — is original work created by us and is our property, protected by copyright. Short quotations from public-domain works are attributed where used. Your purchase grants the license in Section 2 only; no other rights are transferred.

5. Payment and access

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment, billing, and applicable taxes. After purchase you receive a license key by email used to unlock the full Service. Pricing is shown at checkout; the Service is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access (not a subscription).

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
